We have different blocks within the premises installed with stainless steel and MS-glass lined reactors, of capacities ranging from 500L to 5kL, with a combined reactor volume of approximately 50 kilo-litres.
Our facility includes a full-fledged pilot plant which features glass line reactors, stainless steel reactors and glass assemblies, where we carry out development of new products and chemical reaction studies before taking the products into commercial production.
The facility follows all necessary GMP, Quality Control and Assurance practices. We are presently in the process of acquiring WHO-GMP certification.
Strategically located on National Highway 65 (NH 65), our facility sits on a major industrial corridor seamlessly connecting the major pharmaceutical hubs of Hyderabad (approx. 165 km) and Mumbai (approx. 500 km). This ensures rapid, reliable logistics for raw materials and finished API distribution.

Our commitment to excellence is anchored by a fully equipped, modern analytical laboratory. Before any product leaves our facility, it undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets strict international pharmacopeial standards.
A robust API manufacturing plant requires more than just reactors. We maintain world-class utilities and strict environmental protocols.
High-capacity chillers, boilers, and continuous nitrogen generation plants ensure uninterrupted and precise chemical reactions.
Commitment to green chemistry with efficient effluent treatment systems and strict adherence to pollution control norms.
Mandatory PPE, regular safety drills, and automated fire-suppression systems protect our most valuable asset: our team.
